Emma Cowley
Emma creates detailed, colourful illustrations that are inspired by the natural world.
She has a particular love of British birds and wildlife, developed from childhood memories of walks in the countryside.
Emma was featured in the Association of Illustrators’ Images 34 - the Best of British Illustration 2010, and her work then toured the UK with the Images 34 travelling exhibition.
Emma’s illustrations have appeared in Creature Magazine, Illustration Rally, Ten Paces and Draw, Pikaland, and Peculiar Bliss Magazine.
In 2010 she participated in the Half and Half Exhibition in Cork, and last year exhibited with SORTED London: a very successful show of up-and-coming artists. Recently, Emma has been creating illustrations for monthly craft publication Making Magazine.
